History of UCC (From CCPC to UCC)

The University of Caloocan City ( or U.C.C.) is located in Sangandaan, Caloocan City in the Philippines. UCC-Main Campus is located at Gen. San Miguel St. Sangandaan, Caloocan. Annexes of UCC is located at Tandang Sora, Camarin & at the Buena Park.

The University of Caloocan City was formed in 2004 out of Caloocan City Polytechnic College, which had been founded back in 1971.

CCPC's first programs are Bachelor's of Science degrees in Industrial Education (BSIE) and B.S. Business Technology (BSBT).

The school had first been located in a building at Caloocan High School. It transferred to its present location (at General San. Miguel St. Sangandaan, Caloocan City) when the first building burned.

CCPC or Caloocan City Polytechnic College started as a 2-year course college in 1971 and offered four-year courses in 1975. Its first programs are Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Education (BSIE) and B.S. Business Technology (BSBT).

In January 23, 2004 Caloocan City Council unanimously approved the Ordinance 1020-2003 principally authored by then councilor Gonzalez Jr. authorized the city government to convert the existing Caloocan City Polytechnic College into a full-pledged university. The initially city hall-funded tertiary educational institution will henceforth be called as University of Caloocan City, the lone public university in Caloocan.

UCC students sometimes called themselves as UCCians or Yusisista.

There are rumors that before they call it CCPC or UCC it was first known as CCC or Caloocan Community College.

SALES CONSULTANTS/SALES MANAGER

• Male or Female, not more than 35 years old;
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical Sciences, Engineering, Business or Marketing; Master’s degree an advantage;
• Has proven sales experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry;
• For the Manager, at least 5 years experience earned in the medical trading industry, preferably equipment selling in clinics and major hospitals. Must be well-versed in project management;
• Excellent in presentation, oral and written skills with excellent customer relations and people handling skills;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized and a strong team player.

FAMILY DRIVER

• Male; At least 35 years old;
• With a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or has reached 2nd year in College;
• Has at least 2 years experience as a family driver and with knowledge in basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Can comprehend simple and practical English
• With professional driver's license (RC 1, 2, 3)
